This organic EVOO is crafted with mostly Frantoio olives. The resulting EVOO carries a wealth of polyphenols and harmoniously combines green fruitiness, well-balanced bitterness and pungency, and fresh fragrance with notes of fresh-cut grass, green almond, and artichoke. This EVOO is balanced with a nice peppery finish.
