This policy applies to all orders shipped within the United States.

Returns of unopened products
You can return unopened products in their original sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is free: email us at info@entimio.com with your order number and we will send you a prepaid return label. For hygiene and food safety reasons, opened products cannot be returned, except in the cases described below.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the product and packaging. If you notice a quality issue after opening a product, contact us as soon as you notice it. We will make it right at no cost to you, with a replacement or a refund depending on the case.

Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving your return or approving your request. Original shipping costs are refunded only when the issue is due to damage, a defective product, or our error.
