• New 2025-2026 Harvest: Fresh, authentic flavor from green olives, with notes of green almond, arugula, and ripe tomato. Fruity and balanced, with a pleasant peppery finish from its naturally high antioxidant content. Best before: 1/31/2028.

• Functional Superfood: Organic extra virgin olive oil naturally high in polyphenols — including oleocanthal, oleuropein, and related compounds — above 600 mg/kg. Low acidity below 0.25%. Rich in monounsaturated fats, including oleic acid, above 70%. High smoke point above 450°F. Lab-tested and 100% free from pesticide residues.

• Uses and Pairings: Excellent as a finishing oil, a premium everyday cooking oil, or a daily antioxidant shot. Ideal on salads, vegetables, soups, grilled meats, fish, pasta, bread, and legumes.
